Gooshe-fil is an Afghan dessert made by rolling dough and cutting it into the shape of an elephants ear. The dough is deep fried in oil then topped with chopped Pistachios. Goshe-fil is often consumed with Afghan tea. Afghans make Gooshe-fil for Eid (religious celebration). Gooshe-fil taste sweet and is very chewy. Best way to eat Gooshe-fil is with your fingers. |
